This component aims at validating the outputs of the project in real scale by the launching of pilot projects. It breaks up into:
the Sensitizing and Diagnosis of the targeted actors, in particular SME
Individual or semi-collective Coaching, Support of the territorial Pilot projects
Support of the companies for their Business Development
Capitalization of the project knowledge and valorization through the drafting and dissemination of the Green Book
Dissemination of the Common Startegic Framework of Valorizing the INS MED objectives on the Mediterranean Region
This component aims to work out and validate a common methodology of training and support of the public and private economic actors. The purpose of this methodology is to work out and to emphasize:
the common tools design for Diagnosis and Support
the tests of tools among the target companies
the assesment of tools and tests
This Component aims at :
Installation of a procedure of continuous review “Platform of Commercial Collaborative Intelligence”
Inventory of best practices at scientific and technical level (benchmark study)
Identification of innovating technologies
Identification of the legal practices and constraints by country of partners
Evaluation of supply
Development of the Chain value in Eco Design
Indentification of the actors and key events on the territories
The purpose of this component, controlled by the project leader, is to set up a system of management of the project in order to ensure :
the piloting in respect of defined by Partnership Agreement and the regulation schedule of conditions of the payment interns installation by the steering committee
the coordination of various actions realized by the partners in the regards of the times announced or readjusted after its validation
the animation of the Steering committee
the administrative and financial reporting
the reporting according to the process of Management of Quality Project MED
the financial audits
The purpose of this component is to communicate on the project, its objectives and its tools. It acts to sensitize the majority of public and private actors with the problematic stakes of INS MED.
It breaks up into
Internal Communication through E-Community, videoconferences and in External Communication through tools mass media: Web site (publications, newsletters, testimonies, video,…), interventions and animation of the roundtables (at the time of the BIZ DEV.),
Organization of a demonstration of capitalization "Mediterranean Conference for Innovation in Eco Design"
